Pricing Questions
Do I see all my results on the Free plan?
Yes. Every user sees every result — including findings that recommend physician review. We never hide health data behind a paywall. Physician review is available as an optional add-on or bundled in higher tiers.
How does physician review work?
When a result flags something clinically significant, you'll see a recommendation to get it reviewed by a physician. You can purchase a one-time review ($35 per result, $99 for all flagged results, or $75 for a consultation). Premium + Physician and Family plans include unlimited reviews and quarterly consultations.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your genome data stays encrypted in our HIPAA-grade infrastructure. You retain free-tier access to your results. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, processed per our privacy policy.
Do I need to take a new DNA test?
No — Atlagene works with any raw DNA file you already have. Upload a 23andMe, AncestryDNA, Nebula, or VCF export and we'll handle the rest. (Atlagene-branded collection kits will be available in a later release.)
How does Family Plan billing work?
The base Family Plan covers 2 members (subscriber + 1) at $39.99/mo. Each additional member is $9.99/mo, added to your monthly bill. There's no maximum — add as many family members as you need.
