Atlagene was founded on a simple belief: your DNA holds a blueprint for your health, and you deserve to understand it. Not in the distant future, not behind a paywall of specialist appointments — but now, clearly, and completely.

The name Atlagene combines "Atlas" — the idea of mapping and foundation — with "Gene." We're building the atlas of your genetic health: a comprehensive map across 20 health categories that helps you understand what your DNA means for your wellbeing.

What We Do

We analyze a curated panel of genetic variants across cardiovascular health, oncology, pharmacogenomics, nutrition, sleep, immunity, and 14 more categories — every one of them published in our open variant registry, with its evidence tier, before you upload anything. Every user sees every result — including clinically significant findings — with clear explanations and disclaimers. Physician review is available for deeper guidance, bundled in higher tiers or on a pay-per-review basis.

We serve two audiences: individuals exploring their own genome, and diagnostic and clinical labs that run the same 21-category analysis for their patients through our pay-per-test lab portal.
